To Order

To book and pay for your tickets on-line follow these simple steps:

1. Enter the number of seats required.
Type the number of seats you wish to buy in the box for the appropriate performance.
NOTE: You can only order for one peformance or one price category at a time. If you wish to buy tickets for more than one performance, or a mixture of full price and concessions for Thursday, please do them separately. They will be combined on the payment page.

2. For Thursday only.
Select the price category you require (Adult or Senior Citizen) from the drop-down menu.

3. Click on 'Add To Cart'.
This will take you to the payment page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.

• Your payment will be made via PayPal - a completely secure transaction.
• You do not need your own PayPal account to use this service.

Please note that PayPal currently have a glitch in their system which causes a window to appear on the payment page with the heading "Estimate Postage and Tax". This should only appear for US customers and has no affect on your transaction. You can safely ignore it or click on 'Cancel' which will make it disappear.

*Unfortunately the recent large rise in postal charges introduced by the Royal Mail have forced us to increase the amount we charge to send out tickets.


Terms and conditions

1. Using the online system will add you to our e-mailing list. This will ensure you receive advance notification of all our shows and public events. We will not use your details for any other purpose nor pass them to any third party. If you do not wish to receive this information please email us to this effect.
2. All sales are non-refundable. In some cases it may be possible to exchange tickets for a different performance providing there are tickets available.
3. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a performance all ticket money will be refunded on production of a valid ticket. However service charges, postage etc. cannot be refunded.
4. All sales are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Tickets ordered less than 3 days before the performance will be held for collection on the door.

Note for customers with their own PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal acount that is not associated with a debit or credit card there may be a delay in sending your tickets as PayPal use the regular banking system to collect your payment and this can take up to a week to clear. We recommend that to avoid this delay when ordering from us you either register a card for your PayPal account or select the "Pay with a debit or credit card" option on the Check Out page.
